My Name is Aryll, Ch.10Chapter 10: The LiberatorMy Name is Aryll, Ch.10
Well, as for the journey, a lot of things happened. One that really stood out for me was when I passed through a forest and came upon a large elven community. It occurred to me that I could use some supplies so I donned my cloak and ventured in. While I received a few suspicious stares, my gold was still welcome and I was able to acquire the tools and rations I would need to continue. Though what I really needed was a new set of armor but alas, that would require the blacksmith to measure me which was sadly out of the question if I was to maintain cover.

My Name is Aryll, Ch.8Chapter 8: The JudgedMy Name is Aryll, Ch.8
Garem had trouble accepting my true nature at first. I can't say I blamed him. I never begrudged any mortal who feared me before after all. He grew more comfortable with it over time when I had the chance to tell him my story as it was thus far and get him acquainted with my new life. Ah yes, curiosity had gotten the better of him and he visited many times to sate it. It was very helpful for me as well, not just to have someone to confide in aside from my children but he kept me informed of any new threats to the city that I could be helpful in locating.

Give me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage the change the things I can't accept and the wisdom to...remember what I'm supposed to have the wisdom to do...
